Church History I
In January 2023, the Emmaus Institute hosted a new form of class called a track. Church History 1: The Early Church to the Reformation is the first part of this two part track. It was taught by Pastor Brian Bone and Dr. Jason Whitlock. Below are the recordings from each week of the 4-week class. During this class, Brian and Jason unpack the faithfulness of God in sustaining and growing his church from the apostolic age up through the medieval period. They address the persecution the church suffered, heresies that arose, and the different church councils that formed to address those heresies.
