Anson McMahon serves as our Lead Pastor here at Emmaus Church, planted in 2011 as part of the Acts 29 Network here in Buford, Georgia. Anson will be leading the night with teaching regarding the biblical dignity of human life, seeking to help us clearly grasp scripture’s perspective on the issue of abortion.
Denise Harle serves as senior counsel with Alliance Defending Freedom, where she is the director of the Center for Life. In this role, she leads her team’s litigation and advocacy efforts to defend pro-life legislation around the nation. Denise is a former member of Emmaus Church who now resides with her family in Florida. She will be offering us legal expertise on this important issue.
During this event, we have invited some local community partners that work diligently in the defense of life. You will have an opportunity to connect with them and find ways to volunteer to engage your life in the practical care of mothers and children in our area. We will also have some resources to help you learn more about this vital issue.
