Hey! We're Pete and Ginny Sternberg. We're empty nesters who work full-time from home. Our daughter+hubby/kids live in Nashville. We love being grandparents and doggie parents. We are excited to be continuing our Missional Community Group this year - if you need a place to connect, you're welcome to visit!

Why are you leading a Missional Community Group?

We love being in Christian community and the journey of going deep into the Word with friends!

How does a typical night unfold in your group?

Casual fellowship and chitchat as we gather, open in prayer, discuss the weekly sermon guided by provided questions, close with prayer requests and prayer.

What are some of your favorite things to do?

We’re homebodies who enjoy our backyard/pool, loving on our 3 dogs, hosting friends, reading, TV/movies, napping, eating, sports of all kinds (Pete), crafts/cooking/gardening (Ginny).

What's your favorite book of the Bible?

Ginny: Hebrews
Pete: Romans

If you could only have one book, besides the Bible, on deserted island, what would it be?

Pete: “How to Survive On A Deserted Island” by Tom Hanks (to survive!)
Ginny: A dictionary because you can never memorize that and it’s good for game ideas and conversation!

If you knew you were eating your last meal on Earth, what would you have?

Pete: Besides Communion, bacon wrapped lobster tails with bacon
Ginny: Grilled cheese layered with apple slices
