The Director of Operations will help to steward the ongoing and ever-growing needs in administrative and operational areas in our church. When this role is fulfilled effectively, the pastors and ministry leaders will have assurance that operational and administrative areas are being well-stewarded, allowing them to focus their attention on front-line ministry. Overall, this position will serve to advance the God-given mission of the church through their support of the many ministries at Emmaus.
